With announcement of the federation confirmed that in the security meeting it was decided to take from 20 invitations the AEK and PAOK.
He even mentions that they will not have the right to enter nor the presidents of the EPSwhile for the needs of its own sponsors it will only receive 50 invitations.

“A meeting for the Novibet Hellenic Cup Final was held today at the Panthessal Stadium in Volos.
The meeting was held by the Police Directorate of Magnesia, with the participation of representatives of the organizer Hellenic Football Federation and the two finalists AEK and PAOK.
The following were decided at the meeting:
• The Novibet Hellenic Cup Final will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 with a start time of 20:30 behind closed doors.
• Named invitations will be allocated as follows: 20 for the EPO Executive Committee, 20 for the Board of Directors of each team and 50 for the Federation’s sponsors.
• The Greek Police rejected the EPO’s request to grant nominal credentials to the presidents and general secretaries of the country’s Football Associations.
• The Police informed that they will request the issuance of a decision prohibiting the organized movement of fans in the city of Volos and the installation of the Panthessal Stadium”.
