Great movement for Thetis with Mertekis

Thetida Voulas announced her first transfer ahead of next season,

The team of the southern suburbs announced the acquisition of the experienced Greek winger Evangelia Mertekis, continuing the planning for the new year.

We remind you that Evangelia Mertekis, among others, has worn the shirt of Panathinaikos, PAOK and AO Thira, while in the 2017-18 season she also competed in the second division of Italy with the shirt of Marsala.

“A.S.P. Thetis Voulas is pleased to announce the start of its partnership with experienced Greek international winger Evangelia Mertekis for the 2023-2024 season.

Evangelia has competed for the last three years with the PAOK team in the Volleyleague and this year will be one of the powerful weapons that our coach Giorgos Rousis will have at his disposal. Outside of PAOK, Evangelia has competed in the Volleyleague with Panathinaikos, AO Thiras and Macedonian Axios, while in the 2017-2018 season she competed with Marsala in Italy’s A2.
