Venezia announced that Mike Bramos is retiring!

He puts an end to his career Mike Brahms!

The international guard/forward decided to “hang up his shoes” at the age of 36, with Venice to announce his retirement and to thank him for his great contribution to the club.

“Your name is now legendary for the colors of Venice. We will miss you, but this is and will forever be your home. We look forward to celebrating with you as you deserve, thank you Mike”the team president’s message specifically stated, Federino Cassarin.

THE Bramos known for his “poisonous” shot from long range, started his career at and Peristeri bwin, where he played in 26 matches in A1, before moving to Spain and Gran Canaria until 2012. After the Canary Islands he went to Panathinaikos, where he stayed for two years, winning as many championships and Cups. In 2015 he went to Italy and Venicewhere he stayed until the end of his career, played in 389 matches, and won two championships, in 2017 and 2019.

Bramos also had a good career with the blue and white, after representing Greece in Eurobasket of 2011, in the same event of 2013, but also in Pre-Olympic 2012 tournament.
