“PAOK, and the men’s polo department, PAOK Domus Ergo, announce the start of cooperation with the athlete, Panagiotis Xylas, for the 2023-2024 season.
Born on 06/22/1998, Panagiotis Xylas competes as a striker and is 180cm tall.
He took his first steps in polo from Panionios in 2005, remaining at “Historic” until 2008.
Then followed an eight-year period (2008-16) at OSFP, in which he gained valuable experiences, both at the championship level and in European performances.
The next season (2016-17) found him in NO Chania, while later he followed a two-year (2017-19) in ANOG.
From 2019 until last season he remained in Athens, playing for Ilysiakos (2019-20), Haidari (2020-21), and again for Ilysiakos (2021-2023).
Regarding the start of cooperation with PAOK, Panagiotis Xylas stated on the Association’s official website, acpaok.gr:
“I am very happy that from the new season I will wear the PAOK cap. PAOK is a club with high goals, which match my ambitions. I thank the Management and the coach for their trust.
