He may have found everything with the Kortrijk administration for the acquisition of the Belgian team for 15 million euros, but the Kaminski family is reportedly even interested in that of Panaitolikos!
According to information from agriniara.gr, their interest in acquiring the shares of Agriniotis PAE from Fotis Kostoulas, still exists.
It is noted that between the two sides there was agreement reached, initially verbally (announced on December 8, 2022) and then in writing (beginning of March, after the approval for the transfer of the shares by the EEA, which had preceded it on February 13, 2023).
Nevertheless, the deadlines have passed, as the major shareholder of Panaitolikos announced in a statement on May 4, 2023 and since since May 1 Mikael Kaminski was said to be in Greece for the completion of the transfer, according to what was leaked at that time.
From there, whether this interest is real remains to be seen act. The reason why the agreed upon completion of the agreement and the transfer of the shares were not paid has not been known to date, by either of the two parties involved (Kostula and Kaminski). However, there has been no development regarding the potential sale. No money has been deposited and the dates stipulated in the agreement have passed.
The only fact in the case is that Fotis Kostoulas wants to disengage from Panaitolikos, as he has stated many times, while finding the best possible successor situation for the club.
Of course, what has not yet been determined is to what extent the Kaminskis want to proceed with the purchase of Panaitolikos, but also to what extent the American Poles would give the team to Fotis Kostoulas.
