Through a post published on his personal account on Social Media, an Italian made it known that he met this year’s NBA champion with the Denver Nuggets in a Hippodrome of Naples!
The Serbian center was there for the sake of his new horse, with his Italian fan recognizing him and coming over to greet him. In fact, through his publication, the Italian fan praised Jokic for his reaction, emphasizing that he not only responded with a big smile, but also chatted with him for a long time, accompanied by a cool beer!

“Hello guys, I’m Francesco Credo and I’m writing to you from Naples.
Yesterday afternoon I found out that Nikola Jokic can come to Agnano Racecourse in my town to ride his new horse called Emily Pan. Doubtful, I got on my moped and ran to check. After going round the racecourse, at the level of the stables I see a man much larger than the horses. No one, except two of his attendants, knew who this giant was, and, undisturbed, I alone approached him to greet him.
He gave me a big smile when I called his name, we exchanged a few words, and when he saw I was about to pull a beer out of my backpack, his eyes lit up and he happily asked for it.
The normalcy, honesty and humility with which an athlete of this caliber approached me will forever remain in my heart. I think he is a unique character on the world sports scene.”.
