Panionios: Dimitrakopoulos is back

Another addition was announced by Panionios, who made Jason Dimitrakopoulos his own. The 23-year-old guard (1.96m.) has emerged from the team of Nea Smyrni, while the last two years he played for Charilaos Trikoupis.

PANIONIO G.S.S. is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with Jason Dimitrakopoulos, who is returning to the Association.

Iasonas Dimitrakopoulos was born on June 11, 2000, he is 1.96 meters tall and plays as a guard. He started playing basketball at the academies of Panionio Leros (from 2007 to 2014) and then joined the development program of Panionio.

In the 2018-2019 season, he also made an appearance in the Basket League (counted 8 appearances), while later in his career he competed in the A2 Category. First at Korivos, then at Dafni Dafniou and for the last two seasons at Charilaos Trikoupis.

In fact, in the 2021-2022 season, he was a teammate in the Messolonghi team with Stathis Papadionisiou and Yiannis Sahpatzidis, whom he meets again in PANIONIO.
