“Our team has already submitted the necessary supporting documents for the First Stage of the Second General Licensing Process and with the help of all the friends of the club, it is intensifying its efforts to be ready for its participation in the 2023-2024 Basket League!
Therefore, the Board of Directors of the Triton Sports Club convenes an Extraordinary General Assembly, our members on July 6, 2023, Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at our offices at 35 Kalama Street in Athens.
Agenda:
1. Conversion of the amateur basketball players section of the Association into a Basketball Limited Company
2. Establishment of a temporary Committee according to article 64 of Law 2715/99 as applicable
3. Authorizations
4. Miscellaneous Matters
The General Assembly will be in a quorum, as long as half plus one of the members who have the right to vote and have fulfilled their financial obligations to the association by the date of the General Assembly session, are present, in accordance with the Statute. If a quorum is not reached, the General Assembly will be repeated on 07-07-2023 at the same time and place.
