“I was, together with the General Secretary, G. Mavrotas and the President of the KOE, K. Yiannopoulos, close to the members of the team at the World Aquatic Championships.
Every success to our sportsmen and women, in all the missions of our National Teams that will participate in the World Championships in Japan.
The multitude of the expedition, in this World Championship, highlights that there is quality, depth and of course a future in Athletics, which has given us many joys, distinctions and medals, keeping the flag of Greek Sports high and being a role model for the new generations .
The first victory of these children, our sportsmen and women, was achieved by their participation in such a big event.
We wish all our expeditions to return with victories, medals and qualifications to the Olympic Games to be held next year in Paris.”
