Great development for Greek tennis!
THE Hellenic Philatelic Tennis Federation announced it Marble for the venue of the games Greece-Slovakia for his World Group I Davis Cupwhich will be held on September 16 and 17!

“The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Philatelic Tennis Federation is pleased to announce that the meeting of the men’s national team against Slovakia, for World Group 1 of the DAVIS CUP, will be hosted at “Kallimarmaro” on the weekend of September 16 and 17, 2023, in collaboration with the Athens Tennis Club.
The International Tennis Federation (ITF) accepted EFOA’s request to hold tennis matches for the first time in the historic Stadium where the first modern Olympic Games were held in 1896.
During the two days of September, the image from the Panathenaic Stadium of the matches of the top competition at the level of National Teams, will travel around the world, promoting Greece and Greek Tennis.
The meeting at the Panathenaic Stadium is a precursor to other important events for the Greek Tennis family.”
