The winner in (one of the many) London derbies was West Ham! David Moyes’ team prevailed 3-1 welcoming her Chelsea for the 2nd matchday of the Premier League, with the newly acquired Ward-Prowse to star.
A result that marked the first “three points” of the season for the “hammers” (it was preceded by a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth), with the “blues” left with just one point, that in the derby with Liverpool (1-1 ).
In his matches now, the hosts were more active at the start. They were lucky to take the lead in the score just at 7′through Ward-Prowse’s corner kick and header Agerd.
