Ramos: “I apologize to all the Sevilla players I have offended”

Sergio Ramos felt the need to ask for the forgiveness of the Sevilla players for the period he played for Real Madrid.

The experienced central defender he returned to the Andalusian team after 18 yearshaving been her opponent dozens of times from 2005 to 2021, when she played for Real Madrid.

Known for his belief in the saying “the end justifies the means” and his cynicism as a footballer, the Spanish stopper wanted to apologize for any wrongdoing he did in the games against the “sevillistas rojiblancos”.

“Hello, Sevilla fans. Today is very special and exciting for me. I’m finally coming home and I can’t wait to wear the shirt with the Sevilla badge on my chest again,” he initially stated during his presentation.

“It’s been 18 years since I left. I consider that I have made mistakes, for which I would like to apologize to every Sevilla player who has felt offended by things and gestures I have made during this time. I think we all ‘boil in the same pot’, we are all from the same family and have many people supporting us“, concluded the 37-year-old.
