PAE Panathinaikos’ big competition for the match against Villarreal!

From today until Thursday, September 21anyone who buys (click here to buy a ticket) or has already purchased a ticket for the match Panathinaikos – Villarreal, participates in the draw that will take place at halftime of the match!

The prizes that will be drawn are:

– A trip for two to Israel (free flights and accommodation) and a double invitation to the Europa League Group 2 match Maccabi Haifa – Panathinaikos!

– Two (one for each winner) free annual memberships to Panathinaikos Football School!

The names of the winners will be announced over the loudspeakers and giant screens of the Olympic Stadium on the day of the match against Villarreal.

Please read below in detail the terms of participation in the competition:

Object of the Contest

The football joint-stock company with the name “PANATHINAIKOS ATHLETIKOS OMILOS-FOOTSFERIKI ANONYMI TEIREIA” (hereinafter “PAE PAO”), based in Vrilissia Attica (13 Pentelis Avenue), with VAT number 998012529 D.O.Y.F.A. .E. of Athens (hereinafter the “Organizer”) announces a competition (hereinafter the “Competition”), which will be conducted through the ticket barcode of the Panathinaikos-Villarreal match, which will be held on 9/21/2023 at 7:45 p.m. at the “ATHENS OLYMPIC SPORTS CENTER – SPYROS LOUIS” (O.A.K.A.), within the group stage phase of the EUROPA LEAGUE.

Right to participate in the Contest

All ticket holders of the Panathinaikos-Villarreal match, which will take place on 9/21/2023 at 7:45 p.m., are eligible to participate in the Competition. at the “ATHENS OLYMPIC SPORTS CENTER – SPYROS LOUIS” (O.A.K.A.), within the group stage phase of the EUROPA LEAGUE, subject to what is defined in condition number 3.

Blocking participants

Those employed in any way by the Organizer, in any of its subsidiaries, as well as their first and second degree relatives and their spouses, are not entitled to take part in the Competition.

Duration of the Contest

The Contest lasts from Friday 09/08/2023 until Thursday 09/21/2023 at 7:45 p.m. Entries that took place exclusively within the above time limits will be considered valid.

Procedure for participating in the Competition

During the duration of the Competition, as defined in condition number 4, all ticket holders of the Panathinaikos-Villarreal match, which will be held on 21.9.2023 at 19:45 p.m. at the “ATHENS OLYMPIC SPORTS CENTER – SPYROS LOUIS” (O.A.K.A.), subject to what is defined in condition number 3, will participate in the Competition. Each participant/ticket holder of the above match will receive a single entry into the draw to select the winners of the Competition.

No fee or further procedure is required to participate in the Contest. The files with the details of the participants, which will be kept by the Organizer or a third party, on its instructions and on its behalf, constitute full proof regarding the receipt of any participation in the Competition by the system of the Organizer or the third party in question and the validity of this participation, according to condition number 7.

Gifts

The prizes of the Competition will be:

A) A trip for two people to Israel (free air tickets and accommodation) and a double invitation to watch the game of the 2nd round of the Europa League group stage between Maccabi Haifa and Panathinaikos.

B) Two (one for each winner) free annual subscriptions to the Panathinaikos Football School.

The Prizes are personal and each Contest winner has no right to exchange them for money or other substitutes.

Method of selecting the winners of the Competition

The winner of the Competition will be announced based on an electronic draw, which will take place at half-time of the Panathinaikos-Villarreal match, at the PAE PAO offices in Vrilissia Attica (No. 13 Pentelis Avenue).

“Valid entry” means any entry in the Competition that cumulatively meets the conditions for participation in the competition.

Confirmation update

The Organizer will inform all participants in the Competition about the winners, during the half-time of the Panathinaikos-Villarreal match, through an announcement from the loudspeakers and the matrix of the Stadium of the “OLYMPIC SPORTS CENTER OF ATHENS – SPYROS LOUIS” (O.A.K. A.) of the barcode of the Panathinaikos-Villarreal match tickets, which win one of the gifts of this competition, as well as via e-mail and/or phone call, in order for the latter to communicate the minimum necessary personal the data, so that the Gift can be attributed to them.

In the event that it is not possible to contact any of the winners of the Competition within a period of 72 hours from their notification in the above ways or in the event that any of the winners of the Competition has not been contacted for any reason (including random and force majeure) with the Organizer within the above time period, this person definitively loses his right to the gift and his place will be occupied by the first runner-up, in the order of his selection, in accordance with the terms of article 7.

Receipt of the gift

The place of receipt of the gift is defined as the headquarters of the Organizer in Vrilissia, Attica (No. 13 Pentelis Avenue). After 72 hours have passed since the notification of the winner and if one of them has not been received, as described above in the same Article, the right to receive the gift is automatically barred and does not entail any claim or right to exchange it for money or other substitutes.

Responsibility

The Organizer is not responsible in the event that, for any technical reason, it is temporarily impossible to receive and register the participation of any Participant from the system for registering participations in the Competition and selecting the winners. In any case, the Organizer’s liability will be limited to its acts or omissions due to fraud or gross negligence and in no case shall it extend to fortuitous events or events of force majeure.

The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information or in the event that, for reasons related to an incident that constitutes force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, acts of terrorism or threats of acts of terrorism, accidents, fires, floods or other natural disasters, strikes or social disturbances, etc.), cannot perform their obligations deriving from the present conditions of the Competition and is completely released from their obligations.

The terms of participation of the Competition are posted on the Website and/or on the official accounts of PAE PAO on Instagram and Facebook.

Privacy

The Organizer undertakes to process the personal data of the participants in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law, as applicable, and, in particular, Regulation 679/2016/EU, national implementing law 4624/2019 and other relevant legislation, such as apply today and/or as they may be modified in the future to adapt them to the above regulation. In particular, it undertakes not to disclose and/or transfer the personal data of the participants to any third party or to use them for any purpose other than those described in these terms. The Organizers are also committed to ensure that the processing of the participants’ personal data by the third party acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Competition process, will in turn comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Law Personal, as applicable.

After the Gift has been awarded, any data, personal or non-personal, of the Contest Participants/winners will be permanently and completely deleted from the Organizers’ files, as well as of the third party, who, acting on their behalf and on their behalf, has access to them , unless their compliance is required by the applicable legislation.

Contest Cancellation – Modification of Terms

The Organizer has the right to cancel the Contest or modify these terms (including the duration of the Contest), informing about it through the official accounts of PAE PAO on Instagram and Facebook. The amendment is valid from the time of the relevant post-update.

Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek Law. The courts of Athens are exclusively responsible for the resolution of any dispute or conflict arising in relation to these terms.
