“Competitively, I am aware of the effort we are making. I am happy and what I have told the people of Karditsa is to come to the stadium, to enjoy the team, when they have official games, because – the truth is – we don’t know how long we will be in the big division. We have to enjoy it our way. We are a new team, a team that has shown seriousness and competitiveness“, he continued.

Regarding the daily life in Thessaly, after the bad weather, Daniel emphasized: “The situation remains difficult. It takes time, patience and love to try to build what has been broken. In the team, in particular, we have a lot of damage with our pitch. We tried to save what we could. Unfortunately, at the moment, the team is without our headquarters and after the consultation made with ESAKE, we will play, until the damage to the stadium is repaired, as long as it takes, that is, away from home. Our training sessions take place at the old stadium of Karditsa, where the conditions are not the best possible, because there are other teams that use it, but there is an agreement».

In a comment asked of him about the new way of conducting the championship and Panathinaikos, he replied: “The new format is good. With most games on the field and on TV, we only benefit. It is a worthwhile process. When I was playing I begged to play, I got to play 87 matches in a season, I wish I played 100».
