Until 10:00 on Friday, the Super Cup teams choose which foreigner will not compete

by

Olympiacos, Panathinaikos, Peristeri bwin and PAOK begin their duties at the Super Cup, which will be held in Rhodes on the two days of September 29-30.

Three of the four teams have more than the 6 allowed foreigners, so by 10 am on Friday (29/9) they will have to choose their final roster, that is, who will be cut. The only exception is PAOKwhich has 6 foreigners anyway (Skyler Flaten, Michael Gilmore, Jamani McNeese, Andrew Harrison, Elvar Fridriksson, Laurinas Beliauskas).

Olympiacos, who face Peristeri bwin in the first semi-final (29/9, 17:00), have Nigel Williams-Goss, Isaiah Cannon, Shaquille McKissick, Ignas Brazdeikis, Alec Peters, Luke Sikma, Mustafa Fal, Nikola Milutinov, i.e. a total of 8 foreigners. Brazdeikis won’t be in the Super Cup anyway, so Giorgos Bartzokas will need to leave out one more. He might be the one Shaquille McKissickwho was among the players who missed much of preseason due to nose surgery.

Panathinaikos, on the other hand, playing against PAOK (29/9, 20:30), has 7 foreigners, namely Luka Vildosa, Kyle Guy, Jerian Grant, Marius Grigonis, Juancho Hernangometh, Matias Lessor, Alexander Balcherovsky. Ergin Ataman will be asked to “cut” one. It is more likely that someone will be left out of the district, and it will probably be the previously injured Luka Vildosa.

The bwin Pigeon, finally, also has 7 foreigners, namely Elijah Mitrou-Long, Joe Ragland, Jaylen Hunts, Kenny Williams, Nate Renfro, Trevor Thompson, Nemanja Dangubic. THE Vasilis Spanoulistherefore, he too has the obligation to leave someone off the roster for the two matches.
