THE Neymar after surpassing him Pele as the national team’s top scorer Brazil decided to donate a few pairs of shoes to the most important people in his career.
The 31-year-old star surpassed the 77 goals scored by the football legend and wanted to give a gift to the 78 people who were of great importance to him in his sporting career.
The footballer teamed up with his sponsoring sports brand to create the NJR78 Future, a limited edition pair of boots designed to commemorate Neymar’s historic achievement. The NJR78 stands out for its white color and gold iron caps.
“After reaching 78 goals, I wanted to do something special and show them my gratitude. Together with PUMA we have created 78 pairs of FUTURAS football boots which will be given to the 78 people who have influenced me on and off the pitch. I want to express my thanks to these people and a part of this record that they helped me achieve“, emphasized Neymar.
