Encouraging are the latest from etienne faesen status, as the Dutch report that the Waalwijk goalkeeper regained consciousness after the clash with Brombay of Ajax.
In particular, several media from the country broadcast that the 28-year-old goalkeeper was taken by ambulance to the hospital conscious and able to communicate with the environment.
Faessen was found unconscious on the ground in the 84th minute of Waalwijk’s clash with ‘Ianda’, with the moments that followed being dramatic as his team’s medical staff tried to revive him before it was decided to take him to hospital by ambulance.
The match was abandoned after the incident, with Ajax leading 3-2 at that point, in their last match before they are in Greece for the match against AEK.
