Premier League: First Christmas Eve match since 1995!

Her matchday will be historic Premier League which will be held close to the celebration of Christmas.

As announced by the organizing authority, the match between Wolves and Chelsea has changed day and will be held on Christmas Eve (24/12). Something that will happen for first time in 28 yearssince the last time this happened was in 1995 with the Leeds game against Manchester United.

It should be noted that the Crystal Palace-Brighton match from the first round has been moved to Thursday, December 21, while Aston Villa-Sheffield United will be played on Friday, December 22.

Six games remain on Saturday 23 December before Chelsea visit Wolves on Christmas Eve. The second round of festive fixtures begins with five matches on Tuesday 26 December and three on Wednesday 27 December. Then on Thursday, December 28, Brighton host Tottenham and West Ham play at home to Arsenal.

Because these games will be played at a later date, after six games played on Saturday 30 December, Arsenal’s trip to Fulham and Tottenham’s home game with Bournemouth are scheduled for Sunday 31 December.

Liverpool v Newcastle on Monday 1 January and West Ham v Brighton on Tuesday 2 January complete the fixtures.
