The derby at Panathinaikos – One point deducted for Olympiakos and 2 games closed!

The court’s decision was made regarding the fate of his match Olympiakou by Panathinaikos which was interrupted in the 50th minute after the firecracker fell on Juancar!

At the same time, it became known that her main intervention was rejected PAE Panathinaikos and now it remains to be seen what will happen to the Appeals Committee, where she is expected to appeal PAE Olympiacos. This means for now that the “greens” will not be able to attend the Appeals Committee, as well as claim a change of sentence, if such a thing happens at the Court of Appeal.

It should be noted here that the Panathinaikos he cannot appeal the decision concerning his sentence Olympiakoubut he can challenge the part of the decision concerning the rejection of his intervention.

The decision in detail:

JOINTLY CLAIMS No. prot. 329/24-10-2023 summons for the apology of PAE OLYMPIAKOS and the main intervention of PAE PANATHINAIKOS from 24-10-2023 (prot. no. 5155/2023) against the parties.

REJECTS the main intervention of PAE PANATHINAIKOS from 24-10-2023 (prot. no. 5155/2023).

IT IS ACCEPTED that the declared PAE OLYMPIAKOS committed the disciplinary offenses attributed to it.

IMPOSES on the declared PAE OLYMPIAKOS:

a) the pecuniary penalty of five thousand (5,000.00) euros for the act under point 1a, which she committed as a repeat offender, given the finding of her disciplinary responsibility for similar acts in four previously held matches of the same season, pursuant to of no. 215/31-08-2023, 220/7-09-2023, 242/29-09-2023 and 250/5-10-2023 of final decisions of this disciplinary body (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4 para. a’, 15 para. 2 para. a’ of the EPO Code),

b) the monetary penalty of three thousand (3,000.00) euros for the 1b act, which she committed as a repeat offender, given her disciplinary liability for similar acts in a previously held match of the same season, pursuant to the No. 250/5-10-2023 final decision of this disciplinary body (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 para. 1, 2, 3 and 4 para. a’, 15 para. 2 para. b’ ii) of the P.K . of the EPO),

c) for the 3rd act (j) CONCLUDES the match in favor of the visiting team PAE PANATHINAIKOS with goals 0-3, (ii) DEDUCTS one (-1) point from the defeated PAE from the scoreboard of the championship, in which it participates, as well as IMPOSES (iii) the monetary penalty of thirty thousand (30,000.00) euros and (iv) the penalty of holding a match without spectators for two (2) matches (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4, para. a, 15 para. 3, II para. b, 15 para. 6 para. b, d, f of the P.C. of the EPO and 21 para. 3 II CAP of the EPO),

d) imposes a fine of three thousand (3,000.00) euros for the 4th act (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 para. 1, 2, 3 and 4, para. a’, 15 para. 3 para. I (a’, e’ of the EPO Code of Practice)• the third and fourth act was committed by the inductee as a repeat offender, given the finding of her disciplinary responsibility for similar acts in two previously held matches of the same season, pursuant to the following No. 220/7-09-2023 and 250/5-10-2023 of final decisions of this disciplinary body and

e) imposes a fine of five thousand (5,000.00) euros for the 5th act (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 para. 1, 2, 3 and 4, para. a), 15 para. 4 para. a ‘ ed.b of the EPO’s P.K.).

DETERMINES a total fine of thirty-eight thousand (38,000.00) euros (match on 10-22-2023 with PAE PANATHINAIKOS)
