Napoli with the soul of a champion, came back and… alienated Milan in a match!

by

Sharing in “Diego Maradona’s” macara! In a match that Milan dominated the first half and found the net twice with as many headers Giroudthe Naples she brought out the character of a champion and with goals from Politano and Raspadorigot the draw point (2-2) and remained at -4 from the “rosoneri”.

A very tough match in Napoli, with Pioli forced to make a first-half substitution due to an injury to Kaloulos, who gave way to Pellegrino, but in the second half the young stopper was unlucky and was replaced. Abortion at 90′ for Nathan who with two stupid markings received two yellow cards and left his team with ten players.

An improbable “scene” with Giroud who, at the moment a change was made, was disappointed and watched the rest of the game away from the Milan bench, surrounded.

The match

Milan were superior in the first half and threatened just two minutes after a cross with Giroud shooting from the height of the penalty area and Rahmani making a stop with his body. The “Partenopei” tried to react through the corners they won, which, however, went unexploited.

In the 19th minute, Stefano Pioli made a forced change as Kaloulou after a fight with Elmas was injured, with the Italian technician throwing Pellegrino into the “battle”.

The “rosoneri” did not slow down and three minutes later found the way to the net. Circulation of the ball with Pulisic filling the box and Giroud heading it 0-1 despite Merrett trying, making a little contact with the ball.

Napoli reacted and in the 27th minute came a breather from 1-1! Kvaratshelia made the advance from the left, turned the ball at the same time, Politano who was following crossed, but sent the ball out!

But in the 31st minute, Olivier Giroud “answered” with a second goal. Davide Calabria’s cross and the experienced striker, deftly beat Rahmani in the air and sent it deep into Meret’s net to make it 2-0 which remained until the end of the first half.

The second half started with the best omens for Napoli who “came to life” after Garcia’s three changes. In the 50′, Politano with a personal goal struck Menian, reducing to 2-1.

In the 57th minute, Milan almost got a two-goal lead again. Leao from the left stepped into the area and turned to Hernandez who was unable to push the ball into the net, while Romero then also took advantage of the opportunity. About a minute later the home side came close to equalizing when after Di Lorenzo’s superb cross to Politano the Italian winger shot but Menian made the save.

Napoli, after a long period of pressure, managed to equalize in an impressive way. Raspadori with an INCREDIBLE free kick struck Menian and set fire to “Diego Maradona” making it 2-2!

Indeed, in the fourth minute of stoppage time, Napoli almost made the complete reversal, but Kvaratshelia saw Menian stop his shot and keep the score 2-2.
