PAOK announced Seirekidis

Stelios Seirekidis will be the replacement of Panagiotis Goussios on the bench of the PAOK men’s handball team. The “black and white” AS announced the hiring of the Greek technician, who will return for a third term on the “black and white” bench and will try to bring the “two-headed” back to success after the bad start in the Handball Premier and the exclusion from the EHF Cup.

In detail, the announcement:

“PAOK and the men’s handball department announce the start of cooperation with Stelios Seirekidis, who will assume the role of coach for the remainder of the 2023-2024 season.

Born on 24/08/1961, Stelios Seirekidis returns to the PAOK bench for the third time, after his two previous terms (2004-2011 and 2017-2019).

This is an experienced coach with several performances from the championship level, who will try to lead the ‘doubleheader’ as high as possible.

As coach of PAOK in his previous terms, he won two championships (2009 and 2010), while leading the ‘double-header’ to the groups of the top inter-club competition, the EHF Champions League.
