The destruction in the 6th group of the Champions League continues, as the Milan made a save by defeating Paris Saint-Germain 2-1, with an upset and rose to 3rd place in the standings, leaving Newcastle in last place!
The match had been announced as the big one of the night and the start was similar to the title. Just in the 9th minute, the Parisians took the lead with his close header Skriniarwho returned to Milan in a jersey different from that of Inter and made sure to hurt the former great rival.
Despite all this, the “rosoneri” reacted immediately, with Leo to send the ball into the net with a terrific turn after Donnarumma intervened in Giroud’s shot!
The game continued in that vein, with Paris getting a cross on Dembele’s terrific shot in the 27th minute and Giroud responding with a shot seconds later.
Leao threatened to make it 2-1 with a missed shot in the 37th minute, but the score did not change until the break.
This happened with the cross in the second part, as o Giroud sent the ball into the net with a header after Hernandez’s cross in the 50′!
The latter attempted to take the scoring role in the 63rd minute when he threatened with a terrific free-kick which was stopped by Donnarumma, with the match turning into a thriller thereafter.
The French were pushing for an equaliser, while the Milanese were trying to find the goal on the counter that would end the match. In the 89th minute, Lee made it 2-2, but the drift of his shot found Menian’s fingertips and then in the beam.
In the end, the 2-1 did not change and the situation in the group… got involved!
