With unanimous decision and votes 3-0 the EPO Appeals Committee nothing changed in the first instance decision of the Super League Disciplinary Committee on the Olympic–Panathinaikos which was interrupted after a firecracker was thrown and Huancar was injured.
The match was awarded to Panathinaikos with 3-0, while Olympiacos was penalized with the deduction of one point and the penalty of two matches behind closed doors, which the “red and whites” will serve in the matches with Panetolico (12th matchday, 25/11) and AEK (immediately after the holidays and before the Cup quarter-final with Panathinaikos).
Theoretically Olympiacos has the right to appeal to CAS and according to the vice-president of PAE, Costas Karapapa, he will make use of it.
It is noted that the appeal of Panathinaikos, who had asked to intervene in the case, was also rejected, but this does not change anything about the sentence.

The EPO Appeals Committee made the following decision at its last meeting.
Formally accepts both the appeals of PAE Olympiacos and PAE Panathinaikos against the decision numbered 280/27-10-2023 of the Primary Single Member Disciplinary Body of Super League 1.
It essentially dismisses the appeals.
