PAOK continues its planning ahead of the January transfer window, with the primary goal of acquiring a right back.
In the last few hours, strong rumors have developed in Thessaloniki, that the “two-headed man of the north” is interested in the case of the 28-year-old Brazilian from Cruzeiro, William!
The experienced right-back, whose contract expires on December 30, has knowledge of European stadiums and especially those of Bundesligasince after his departure from International in 2017, he was acquired by Wolfsburg for €5 million.
He stayed there for five years, having an intermediate, six-month loan to Schalke, recording only 9 appearances with the “royal blues”. On the contrary, during his tenure at Wolfsburg fought in 83 matches scoring five goals and dishing out 7 assists.
Last January, he returned to his country to compete in Cruzeiro, signing a one-year contract that expires on December 31.
It should be noted that William’s name has again occupied the PAOK report in January 2021, without, however, being anything advanced, as at the given time.
