The EPO announced the security measures that have been taken for the game between Greece and France, informing about the roads that will be closed around the OPAP Arena.
In detail, the announcement:
“The Hellenic Football Federation announces instructions and security measures regarding access to the OPAP Arena field for the National Team’s match against France for the 10th and final matchday of the European Qualifiers. Analytically.
1) The passage of vehicles on Kappadokias Street will be prohibited from 21/11 at 14:00 pm. until 22/11 at 03:00 am Pedestrian access to the stadium will be allowed on Kappadokias Street during the hours when vehicles are prohibited.
2) The area in front of the eagle on the stadium square will remain closed and fenced from 11/21 at 05:00 AM. until 22/11 at 03:00 am
3) The area west of the stadium will remain closed from 20/11 at 14:00 pm. until 22/11 at 03:00 am
4) The roads that will remain closed are the following:
-Ionias Street to the intersection with Lykourgou Street and Chrysostomou Smyrnis Street to its junction with Lykourgou Street from 20/11 at 21:00 pm to 22/11 at 03:00 am.
– Smyrnis Street from its junction with Agia Triadas Street to Fokon Street from 20/11 at 21:00 p.m. until 22/11 at 03:00 am.
– Fokoun Street up to its junction with Patriarchou Konstantinou Street from the opening of the competition gates until 22/11 at 02:00 am.
5) The use of the ground floor of the Museum of Asia Minor Hellenism will be prohibited on 11/21 from 2:00 p.m. until 22:00 pm”.
