KAE PANIONIOS announces the reaching of an agreement with the American athlete De’Jon Davis who will strengthen the team’s effort in the demanding championship of the Elite League Henry Dunan. De’Jon Davis was born on August 8, 1998 in Oakland/California and is 2 ,01 m.
He graduated from California Baptist where in 126 games he averaged 8.4 points and 7 rebounds.
In June 2020 he signed for Besiktas but did not stay long and then joined AEK Larnaca. In 20 games, with the Cyprus team he averaged 15 points-7.1 rebounds with 54% shooting and 35% three-point shooting.
In the 2021-2022 season, he competed in the Basket League with the jersey of Apollon Patras. He had 9.5 points- 6 rebounds (2.4 offensive) in about 26 minutes of action and in 23 games overall.
Last season he played in Germany with MLP Academics Heidelberg (9.1 points- 3.7 rebounds in 15 games) and in Korea with Wonju Dongbu Promy (9.2 points- 4.1 rebounds).
The start of the 2023-2024 season found him in Turkey and Cayirova where he averaged 11 points- 6.8 rebounds on 54% shooting and 31% three-point shooting in approximately 24 minutes of action and 8 total games.
