The Paralympic year is approaching and the Rio Paralympic gold medalist, Manolis Stefanoudakis, is preparing for the upcoming Paralympic Games in Paris 2024. The world champion starts his preparation before the turn of the year and next Friday he leaves for the IWAS World Games, which will be held in the city of Nakhon Ratchasima in Thailand from December 1 to 9.
In his statements, Manolis Stefanoudakis states:
“This year we decided to start our preparation very early as 2024 is a pressing and demanding year since the World Championships in Japan will take place in July and the Paralympics in Paris in August. The start of our competition preparation is at the IWAS World Games in Thailand and we are aiming for positive results as the world’s top athletes will participate.
I would like to thank the Hellenic Paralympic Committee for once again supporting us and being on our side.
I thank my coach, Ippokrates Skandzakis, who is by my side on a daily basis as well as in every competitive preparation.
Also a huge thank you to the people who give me strength to do my preparation.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart:
