The Serbians started the second quarter just as strongly and with Pander’s 3-pointers they increased the difference to +16 (24-40), at 12′. Zalgiris responded with Evans and Hollins, reducing the difference to a single digit value (35-44), at 15′. However, Campoclo and Dozier took Partizan by the hand for a new +16 (42-58), with Evans’ shots making it 44-58 in the first half.

With 3/3 shots from Pander, Partizan entered the second half, for +17 (44-61), with Zalgiris responding with individual scores of 11-1 (55-62), until 23′. Pander temporarily “unstuck” the Serbs, with Smits and Evans reducing even more (58-64), in the 25th minute. However, that’s where LeDay took action for +14 (62-76) of the guests, who closed the third period at +12 (64-76).

The image of the match did not change at all in the fourth quarter, with Partizan firmly maintaining its double-digit distance and taking the victory with the final 85-93.
