Herakles has been sweeping in transfers in recent days, as after Nikos Paparega and Thomas Kotta, they also acquired Michalis Sprinzio. The 18-year-old power forward (2.04m) comes on loan from Lavrio.

The Basketball department announces the addition of international forward Michalis Sprinziou to our Team until the end of the current season.
The athlete, born in 2005 and 2.04 tall, stands out for his talent and comes to strengthen our already promising team this year.
THAT’S HIM
Michalis Sprintzios was born in Thessaloniki and started playing basketball in Meteorites Polichnis, but from the age of 8 he learned the basics and “fell in deep” in Fighters of Experimental Pines, where he got to compete in the youth and men’s teams in the B championship National.
He is a key member of all the “small” national teams so far, while in the 2021-2022 season he switched to Lavrio, which competes in the Stoiximan Basket League. There, at the age of just 16, he had 2 appearances with the Men’s team in A1 and in the winter he switched to Olympiakos, where he played with the youth team and in the Rising Stars Tournament.
The 2022-2023 season he returned to Lavrio, where he had 11 appearances in A1 with an average of 7.3 minutes per game, and this year (2023-2024) he started the year again in A1, where he had 9 appearances and 7:45 minutes average presence condition and was also a member of the elite Rising Stars South team.
