Yannis Bourousis picked it up at his “home”!

We had a rich spectacle with many smiles on and off the court at the All Time Stars game between Team Yannis Bourousis and Team Francis Albertis, a match that concluded the first day of the 26th All Star Game, with the former prevailing with score 101-98 in a satisfying game in Klisto of Karditsa.

The match was decided by a three-pointer by Yiannis Lappa in the last seconds of the game, with Nikos Hatzis missing the final three-point shot. THE Yannis Bourousis with 33 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists was named the MVP of the event!

The legendary captain of Panathinaikos AKTOR entered the match as if… not a day had passed, hitting the “good evening” of the match with a three-point shot!

The baton for Alberti’s team was taken by Nikos Hatziswhile on the other hand, the “host”, Yannis Bourousis, with spikes and 3-pointers, showed that he is in amazing shape! Despite the style of such matches, the game developed into a fine derby, with the first half ending with Bourousi’s side in front with score 44-43!

At halftime of the match, the three-point competition was also held with the participation of Albertis, Gianouzakos, Konstantinidis, Bourousi, Charistea, Hatzis and Boudouris. The big winner – once again in the institution – was Nikos Hatzis, with the once great glory of AEK shooting like… a teenager and beating Boudouris in the final with 22 points!

In fact, at halftime, Giannis Giannoulis was also honored for his contribution to Greek basketball and the local community of Thessaly and Karditsa.

The baskets… continued to rain down and on second half, with the two teams going hand in hand in scoring. On the one hand, for Team Albertis, Glyniadakis, Barlos and Mavroidis were on fire, while, for Team Bourousis, the captain himself, together with Giannoulis and Koutroulias, found easy points for the 72-72 in the third period !

The two teams went point by point until the final, where a three-pointer Yannis Lappa at 13 seconds before the finale from Bourousi’s assist gave the victory to Team Bourousis with 101-98, with Nikos Hatzis missing a three-point pass in the exhalation!
