Leipzig has been unstoppable lately. The “devils” beat Hoffenheim 3-1 at home for the 15th matchday of the Bundesliga and reached 32 points. In other words, the same as Bayern Munich, but with two games less.
In the 34th minute, Klosterman opened the scoring, pushing the ball almost over the line after a free kick. The equalizer came in the 42nd minute with Kabak catching Bauman’s exit, after a foul by Skov. Forsberg gave the home side the lead in the 70th minute with a superb finish from the spot after a fine switch from Openda. Leipzig practically “locked up” the victory within minutes, with Simakan scoring in the 74th minute, scoring from the heart of the opponent’s area, following a corner kick.
