The former owner and… savior of the Bucks died!

by

A man who played an important role in the history of Bucks passed away

He breathed his last at the age of 88 Herb Kohl.

Herb Kohl, who was a Democratic senator from Wisconsin from 1989 to 2013; bought the “deer” in 1985 for $18 million, with a purpose during their stay in Milwaukee.

The Bucks still owned him when they picked Giannis Antetokounmpo in the 2013 draft, at No. 15, with Kohl selling his share in April 2014; for $550 million.

In fact, at the ceremony of receiving the rings for winning the championship, in the opening match of the 2021/22 season, Kohl received his for the big and his decisive contribution on the team’s stay in Milwaukee.

One of the greatest days of my lifeHerb had said, among other things, during the Bucks’ parade in Milwaukee, on the occasion of winning the championship.
