Eternal gratitude to the founders of the flag in the beauty of ideals and trisendox in distinctions of our Association – the Athletic Union of Constantinople, but also to all those who have never raised the A.E.K.’s flag for 100 consecutive years. and of Romiosyna.

The double-headed eagle of Byzantium, our birth emblem.

It strengthens us, guides us.

Proud of all of us who serve the honored “Basketball” Department (as it was written in the first statute of May 30, 1924), the “Queen” of the Kallimarmaro saga, whose glamor was recognized in the past by the world’s intelligentsia but above all by the sane fans where land, and remains high to conquer domestic and international peaks.

The centenary is here and it naturally creates expectations.

The administration, the competition department, and the staff of AEK VETSSON BC, we wish the fans of our team, but also to the whole world, health, love and success in the new year. In a period of prolonged war and social upheaval throughout the world, universal human solidarity is a demand that we must regain.

2023 left covered in blood… Both for the burning planet and for Greek society, and for the AEK family. In 2024 we hope it will signal the beginning of drastic initiatives for appeasement and justice.

We wish every success within the competition fields to all the Departments of A.E.K., but also health to athletes, coaches and executives. The unity in our historic Union is an indisputable and sufficient condition for us to stand up against the moods of others, but also against all kinds of roadblocks.

We will continue to walk the unholy path we have carved out, resisting at any cost to all those who insist on creating obstacles for (us). Our Team’s past and present successes, both on and off the field, were long ago recorded in our all-gold History Book. It is our heritage.

We assure our world, that the improvement of our actions and the preservation of our high visions, but also the promotion of our values, as they were born through the dynamism of our committed refugee parents, remain unchanged. We will move in this direction, with actions and a plan.

The new year is for us the starting point of reflection, but also of new struggles, against toxicities and inequalities, which, however, cannot bend us.

It is our obligation and duty together to keep the flame burning.
