The 29-year-old has experience of the Spanish league having previously played for Real Betis and Valencia in the 2021-2023 season before making the switch to China.

In the 22-23 season, he led the league in points with 21, minutes with 32.1 and steals with 1.9. With Valencia’s shirt, he also made his Euroleague debut, averaging 5.5 points, 2.3 assists and 1.2 rebounds in 12 games.
