First player in the history of Miami Heat who will be honored with a statue will become the Dwyane Wade in a ceremony that will take place in the fall.

The night of January 14 was a celebration for the Miami Heat who wanted to dedicate it to “Flash” for his entrance into the Hall of Fame.

At halftime of the game against the Hornets, Wade took a seat at center court for a short interview with Jason Jackson.

The Heath radio voice then introduced the president, Pat Rileywho appeared with a bobblehead figure of Wade in hand telling him that they plan to set up 2-meter, 43-centimeter-tall statue of his grace outside the Kaseya Center.

The excitement was high with the crowd going wild for Wade and the Miami bench congratulating him and showing him that he hasn’t forgotten the secrets of the orange goddess.

We need to honor and celebrate the Heat’s greatest player. I like it when he’s on the field. I want our players to see his greatness and why that greatness should be celebrated” were the words of Miami coach Erik Spoelstra. The celebration didn’t stop there, with DJ Khaled getting in on the action featuring three-time champion and honoree Wade.

The work has been entrusted to Omri Amrany and Oscar Leon of Fine Art Studio Rotblatt Amrany. Amrani’s works include the iconic “Michael Jordan Spirit” in Chicago, as well as statues of Shaquille O’Neal, Dirk Nowitzki and Kareem Abdul Jabbar among many others.
