Bernard: “I have proposals, but first I respect Panathinaikos – We deserved to qualify for the Cup”

The 31-year-old Brazilian midfielder, with his statements in the newspaper “Sports Day” emphasized that his team Fatih Terimmanaged the many absences in the second leg, but deserved to get the qualification which is a vindication for the team.

Regarding the match against Olympiakos, the Brazilian noted: “In the end, we created the most important and clear chances in the match from Olympiakos. It was a shame we didn’t score in normal time. We played with too many important absences, and during the match we lost important players. This was hard to manage. The coach was forced to use Akaidin who is a stopper, at the top. It was hard.
