The Premier League announced a few days ago that Nottingham Forest are accused of breaching financial regulations and are therefore at risk of punishment. Corresponding to that of Everton, from which 10 points were deducted.
Possible sales in the current transfer window may limit the “damage”, however there is another parameter that may create a bigger problem.
None of the team’s “stars”, i.e. those with the longest contracts, have a clause in their club agreement that stipulates their freedom in case of relegation!

What does this mean; That if Forest do not stay in the top flight, the budget will be significantly reduced, large sums will be given to the release of several footballers and therefore a bigger “chasura”.
All this at a hypothetical level, pending the first penalty from the organizing authority of the English league.
