Apithanos Aris “defeated” OAKA after 27 years and broke Panathinaikos AKTOR’s unbeaten streak!

However, the “yellows” came in determined to turn the match around with Stark and Katsivelis putting Aris ahead at the start of the fourth quarter with 57-58, forcing Ergin Ataman to call a timeout. This temporarily woke up his players who reached the new lead with Grigonis (59-57). From that point onwards, however, Toliopoulos took action and with three three-pointers brought Aris to +9 (62-71), 1.14″ before the end. The home team failed to score in open play with Grigonis, Balcherovski and Nan to reduce to 70-73 at 17.7″.
