The return to victories and good performances was celebrated by Baskonia on Friday night (03/08), with the Basques winning emphatically 88-71 of Alba Berlin for the 28th matchday of the Euroleague!
By McIntyre to achieve an impressive double-double with 14 points and 10 assists, but also Chima Moneke to finish the match with 16 points, the Spaniards rose to 15-13 and 8th place in the standings, while the Germans remained in last place with only 5 wins.

In the first possession of the match, Alba Berlin made it 0-2 with a Wenzel basket. This turned out to be the Germans’ only lead in the match (!), as, from the very first minute, the Baskonia he completely dominated the floor of the “Fernando Buesa Arena”. Somehow, the fourth and final period took on a procedural character, with Dusko Ivanovic’s total even reaching +20 (69-49), before finally getting the pink card with final 88-71.
