THE AEK with her announcement she emphasizes, addressing her people, that she did everything she could to ensure his presence in the DAK for the match with Lamia.
At the same time, she expresses her disappointment at the fact that her effort proved futile (since the match will be played behind closed doors) and points out to the friends of the team that they should stay away from the stadium and the city of Fthiotida.
The announcement of PAE AEK
Friends of AEK
Unfortunately, as it became known from the latest decision of the DEAB, the process of the play offs starts for us in our away match against Lamia tomorrow Sunday (10/3) in a stadium without fans.
PAE AEK expresses its disappointment for this development, as well as for the fact that hundreds of our fans who have already purchased tickets for the match, will ultimately not be able to be at the stadium.
We must emphasize that in the last 24 hours, enormous efforts were made by the parties involved in the organization of the match, in order to avoid this very unpleasant development. But, for reasons beyond our control, this became impossible.
All week we were in contact with PAE Lamia and we had secured the opening of a stand to meet the needs of our fans who wanted to be at the stadium to watch the game up close and support our team.
Since the stadium was open, many AEK fans would be there tomorrow, many of whom had already purchased their tickets electronically as we mentioned above. We had made all the necessary contacts and arrangements for the security issues of the match, given the presence of our fans.
We are now forced to ask our fans to respect the final decision and stay away from Lamia and the stadium where the game will be played. Those who purchased a ticket should follow the instructions of the host PAE for the collection of the price within the next 24 hours.
We hope that both our game and PAOK – Aris will be the last to be played this year without the presence of spectators in the stands.
