Lamia was defeated by Aris 3-1 for the 2nd game of the playoffs. THE Leonidas Vokolos he spoke at the press conference and mentioned that from the moment his team entered the playoffs he knew the difficulty.

He then referred to the 17-year-old Contoniko who scored the goal of honor.

“We knew going into this mini league that the games would be demanding. We have to face teams with quality. We had a first half which was balanced and we could have scored. On the contrary, in the second quarter we had a bad quarter where we conceded three goals from mistakes made.

It’s what I said earlier that these teams we will face in the mini league have the quality and they know how to take advantage of mistakes. The continuation for us is just as difficult as games of the same level of difficulty and we will have to be more serious to get what we want.”

On whether his team had difficulty managing the first goal they conceded: “I think in the second half and the gap we had, our problem was when we had the ball at our feet. Aris took advantage of this with a shot from outside the area to create a problem for us.”

For the 17-year-old Kontonikos who scored the goal of honor for Lamia:
“The game was even again, we scored a goal with Kontonikos, a young kid, only 17 years old. It is important for him and Lamia as it is important for such young children to come to the fore.”
