In a statement that could well be described as brazen, Trabzonspor is attacking the Turkish FA for its calls for an apology for the incidents at the Fenerbahce game.
In it, he talks about fear, and decisions under pressure, but a sense of shame that has been lost by the people in charge of the federation. Why; Because the summonses of the three Fenerbahce players were for the charge of participating in a brawl and not for the violence against fans, arguing that in doing so the federation effectively ensures the players the least punishment possible.
In addition, he accuses the federation of not having invited Batshuayi and Muldur, pointing out that in this way it legitimizes the kicking – as he says – and violence towards the fans in general. Finally, he calls for the resignation of the president of the federation.
But what is surprising is the fact that it makes no mention of the fact that its fans entered the pitch and attacked the Fenerbahce players, or even any responsibility for these tragic events.
