“THE PAO BC Academy innovates once again, organizing the “PLAY D” Basketball Camp, an innovative, basketball Camp exclusively adapted to defense.
Our young athletes, through their participation in the specific Campthey will be able to recognize its importance defensein relation to the rest of basketball skills and to learn to correctly apply its basic principles, through the execution of a completely specialized exercise program, under the guidance of our coaches.
In particular, participants will have the opportunity to practice the Defensive Footwork for its fundamentals personal defensethey will perform an applied personal and team defense drill of different in-game situations, as well as a specialized strengthening program, while also having the opportunity to learn more about one-on-one defense in various modern basketball scenarios, which will reach situations up to “four against four”.
Play D Basketball Camp will be held at OAKAfrom M. Monday, April 29 to M. Thursday, May 2 (8:30-11:30 or 11:30-14:30), for athletes born from 2007 to 2012.
