Another very good addition was made by their women’s volleyball team AEK, as he had Sarah Sakranjiya. The 30-year-old Serbian winger has a wealth of experience and was named the best winger in the Kazakhstan league last season.

AEK is very pleased to announce the start of its collaboration with Sara Sakranzigia. The Serbian athlete was born on March 5, 1994 and will strengthen the Women’s Volleyball department of AEK.
The new AEK winger took his first professional steps at Volero Zurich, with which he won the treble (Swiss championship, Swiss Cup and Swiss Super Cup), as well as the Top Volley International. Her team also participated in the Champions League, finishing in 5th place. In 2010 he played for Serbian ZOK Vojvodina, winning the Serbian Championship (Prva Liga).
In 2011 he transferred to ZOK Klek, while the following season he went to France on behalf of Monaco. In 2013, she signed for Jedinstvo Stara Pazova, where she stayed until 2017. In the 2016/17 season, her team won the Serbian Cup, where Sara was named the best winger, as well as the Serbian Super Cup.
In 2017 he returned to France to play for Le Cannet Volley Ball, with whom he competed in the Champions League. In 2018, Sarah moved to Turkey, signing with Halkbank Ankara. At the end of the season he went to Poland on behalf of E.Leclerc Radomka Radom. The following season he played for French side Pays d’Aix Venelles, winning the French Cup. In 2020 he returned to Le Cannet Volley Ball and in 2021 he moved to Romania to play for CSM Lugoj.
In 2022 Serba extreme traveled to Kazakhstan for Altay VC. There she won the Double, as she won the Championship with her team, as well as the Cup. Last season she competed in Berel VKO, with which she was named the best winger in the league, while her team finished in second place.

– Sara, welcome to AEK! How do you feel about playing next season in our team? What do you know about her?
“AEK is a club with a huge history and tradition. It is my great pleasure to feel that I belong to a team-family and to a true atmosphere of sports solidarity. I’m looking forward to playing in Greece, with which Serbia has a lot in common.”
-Why did you choose AEK?
“Honestly, I followed my instincts. I have come for vacation in Greece and I saw our many similarities in many ways, but mainly in our culture.”
-What should the world of AEK know about you?
“I love work. I work too much. We will have the opportunity to get to know the team better. But rest assured that I work very hard.”
-What goals do you set for the next season?
“First of all, I want us to accomplish all the goals we have in the team. I always play to win. I want us to win every trophy.”
-What message do you want to send to the world of AEK?
“I’m ready to win together! I look forward to meeting you all. Be by our side.”
