The Wizards will choose No. 2, the Rockets at No. 3 and the Spurs at No. 4. From there and beyond, the Hornets, Blazers, Spurs, Grizzlies, Jazz, Bulls, Thunder, Kings and Blazers will choose in order from No. 6 to No. 14.
However, this year’s “bakery” is considered by experts to be perhaps the least talented of recent years. Among the players who stand out are the two Frenchmen Alex Char and Zachary Risasse, the Lithuanian Matas Buzelis and the Serbian Nikola Topic.
