The 25th Filothei Women Gala will be held on Wednesday, June 19 at the Filothei Municipal Stadium “S. Kyriakidis”.
The gala has been held continuously since 2000 with great success and the participation of top athletes from all over the world. For example, top names such as Kotova, Slesarenko, Tsitserova, Lebedeva, Salantouha from abroad and Stefanidis, Xanthou, Papachristou, Devetzi, Dimitraki, Tsilingiri, Kyriakopoulou, Pesiridou from Greece have attended the women’s international meeting.
The competition is in the category again this year Silver of the world federation’s popular ‘World Athletics Continental Tour’ series of races after the excellent performances recorded in last year’s event.
The events remain the same as those of the 2022 event and are as follows: 100m, 100m hurdles, long jump, high jump and pole vault, while this year we expect to see exciting races with big names.
The gala is also held with the support of the Municipality of Filothei Psychikos, under the auspices of the world (WA) and European (EAA) federations, as well as the Association of Hellenic Gymnastics Sports Associations (SEGAS).
