The Turkish-born kid, named Berat, had traveled 160 kilometers from Kassel, where he lives, to the Dortmund stadium, with his father paying 400 euros for the family’s four tickets.
“I made my dream come true. Now I have a photo with Ronaldo! I will make it into a t-shirt and frame it“, the little fan of the Portuguese star told Bild.
“If I was scared? No! Why should I be afraid? I just didn’t know if I would be able to sleep afterwards. I had told my friends that I was planning something like this, but no one believed that I could do something like this“, he added.
As for how he slipped from his family’s notice? “I told my father I was going to the bathroom“, he revealed.
