Junior National Team: With a lot of talent at the Tampere Eurobasket

THE National Youth departed at dawn with final destination Tampere, Finland, where from July 27 to August 4 the Eurobasket U18. Iosif Nicolaidis has at his disposal a roster with a lot of talent, in which Avdalas, Liotopoulos, Pagonis, Spartalis, Rozakeas and Amposi stand out.

All teams advance to the round of 16 where the knockout matches begin, to the final and the ranking matches. The top five teams in the final classification will have the right to participate in the 2025 U19 World Championship. The bottom three teams in the classification are relegated to Division B. Serbia, which celebrated the title in 2023 with tournament MVP Nikola Topic as the star player, will host EuroBasket U18 2025.
