Vlasopoulos returned to PAOK

Eva Vlasopoulos returned to the PAOK football team. The “two-headed” amateur announced the signing of the 25-year-old left-footed center forward for next year, after a year of absence, which he shared last season with Spartak Subotica and Hapoel Petah Tikva.

In detail, the announcement:

“PAOK and the women’s football department, PAOK Morris, announce the start of cooperation with the athlete, Eva Vlassopoulos, for the 2024-2025 season.

Born on 29/01/1999, Eva Vlassopoulos plays as a center forward, is 172cm tall and is left-footed.

She took her first steps in football at the University of Redland, where she started in 2017 and stayed until 2022. In these five years, she made 62 appearances, scored 20 goals and provided 8 assists.

Afterwards, she served her first term at PAOK, but also in Europe in general. On her debut in black and white, she scored both goals in a 2-0 double-header win over Welsh side Swansea in the semi-final Round 1 of the UEFA Women’s Champions League. The continuation was promising, however a serious injury in the pre-season, after the Champions League games, put her out for the season.

Last season (2023-24) was split into two groups for the same. He played the first half at Spartak Subotica, the Serbian champions, making 10 appearances, scoring 2 goals and having 6 assists.

In the second half he played in Israel, on behalf of Hapoel Tikva, however the league was suspended.

Regarding the start of cooperation with PAOK Morris, Eva Vlassopoulos stated on the club’s official website, acpaok.gr: “I am really excited to return to PAOK. I look forward to doing everything I can to help the team achieve their lofty goals.”
