Given the new legislation in force & the exclusive use of Gov.gr Wallet for the entrance of our fans to the stadium & to avoid any technical problem, we inform you that the electronic sale will stop 2 hours before the start of the match statement on 13.08.2024 18 :30.

Clarifications

1. Each individual may hold 1 season ticket/single match ticket.

2. In online purchases there is a limit of 3 tickets per account.

3. We inform all our fans that it is not possible to enter the stadium without using the Gov.gr Wallet application. That is why its installation is necessary for those who do not have it yet.

The sports fan should add & identify his ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet application, following the procedure provided by the current legislation in order to have access to the Toumbas stadium.

To download the application, it is necessary to use the personal TaxisNet/web banking codes, as well as to have a confirmed mobile phone number in the National Register of Communications (E.M.Ep).

The Gov.gr Wallet application is available for free for Apple owners in the Apple Store and for Android owners in Google Play.

4. We draw your attention to the fact that the declared ticket holder on the ticketing platform of PAE PAOK should be the same one who will eventually be identified in the Gov.gr Wallet application.

5. Regarding the identification of foreign residents through the “Event tickets” option in the Gov.gr Wallet application, we inform you of the following

-The application can only be used by holders of passports & new NFC technology IDs (residents abroad with Greek passports/IDs are excluded).

-The stated passport/identity number, when purchasing the ticket, must be the same as the passport/identity number that will be used for identification through the Gov.gr Wallet application, otherwise identification will not be possible ticket.

-When purchasing the ticket, please enter the passport number/identity number as well as the holder’s details in capital English characters only.

-The “Event tickets” option is not addressed to foreign residents who hold a Greek passport/identity card.

6. For more details regarding the digital ticket, as well as for information and instructions regarding the operation of the digital ticket, you can refer to https://tickets.gov.gr/.

7. PAOK PAOK clarifies that it is not involved in the process of adding the digital ticket to the Gov.gr Wallet from its purchase onwards. For any technical problem related to the addition to Gov.gr Wallet or any malfunctions or people who do not have access to it, they should refer exclusively to Gov.gr Citizen Service (support.gov.gr).
